Personal Information: We collect your email address when you sign up for an account to sync your reminders and notes securely across devices.
Audio Files: Our app uses your device's microphone to allow you to record voice notes.
Notes & Content: We store your notes (text, checklists, audio, and attachments) in Google Firebase. If you choose to share a note with others, your content will be accessible to those specific users.

3. Data Deletion & Retention

We respect your right to control your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion:

In-App: Go to Settings > Account and use the "Delete Account" button.
Via Email: Send a request from your registered email address to akashplaystoreapps2@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Once a request is processed, all your personal information, notes, and attachments will be permanently removed from our production databases within 30 days.

4. Data Usage & Sharing

We use your information to provide core features, secure your account, and enable collaborative sharing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Security

We use Google Firebase for secure data storage and authentication. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/SSL protocols.
